The Weltini - Optical Precision also for Left-handers

WeltiniStarting in 1937, Welta produced the Weltini 35 mm camera, a camera that became a reliable companion for many photographers around the world due to its handling and precision.

The Weltini was the only 35mm camera that was not produced by Leica and yet was available with the famous Leitz Elmar lens. Another special feature was the arrangement of the viewfinder. It was placed above the lens on the right, so it was extremely popular among left-handers from the start. This arrangement can also be found on later Welta cameras such as the Belmira.
